Started my storage/sleeping platform. I need to have something useable by August 1st and a very busy July, so I am building the "basic" version of what I eventually want. It should work very well for now and will be easily modified to meet the rest of my wants.
Nothing is connected yet, but you can see the basic size (40" x 52") of the platform itself. With the 3/4" plywood on top, it will line up almost perfectly with the top of the 2nd row seats in the folded position to make the total length about 6' which is a little short, but should be ok for me (I am not exactly vertically blessed, more horizontal). It will have a compartment for storage behind the 2nd row seats and another compartment in the rear for rear access (about 2' deep) and space above the wheel wells too.
It will be able to slide in/out without disassembling it at all. For now the sides won't quite go to the edges, but I have left provisions for adding that in the future (when I have more time and $$).

Replaced dizzy o-ring (#1 of 4 oil leaks I'll be fixing) and replaced the fusible links as PM. Also bought an extra spare. The o-ring on that dizzy leaked more than I thought it did, it was quite the mess underneath.

Well, with the help of forums I think I fixed my pesky parking brake light problem - my brake fluid was low. However, now I'm a little POed with my local garage, who told me that they checked all my fluids when they changed my oil and rotated my tires TODAY!
My folks had a road trip from Provo to Seattle and back in the spring, in a mid-90's AWD Ford Aerostar.
Their regular mechanic of, oh, 20 years, did a "trip check" before they left. Dad said it had been "making a noise" for a while.
On the way back they ended up stranded in Idaho with a destroyed transfer case. Mechanic said it was bone dry. Considering the age of the vehicle, my guess is that it had never been drained and refilled, and just had a slow leak over the years.
Who cares? You have the line handy, and the existing hose is questionable.
Replace it. I did mine for exactly those reasons just a few weeks ago - used left over hose from the length i bought when i replaced my vapor canister.
Couldn't hurt, might help.
Did you do the hoses between the tb and intake manifold too? Those were an adventure for me and my big hands.

Went to Forest Lake in American Fork Canyon, UT. Didn't get great pictures since I went alone, but got a good picture of the mud I took up to the lake with me from the trail
Got my "new to me" Dick Cepek wheels wrapped in some Duratracs on Saturday. Took the obligatory test drive on Sunday. I was worried because of the extra 2.5 inches of track width (7inch to 8 inch wheel + .25 inch less backspacing), but despite my best efforts, I was not able to introduce my new tires to my fenders. Fit like a glove and love the Duratracs!
Not the weekend and not very much fun to do in the dark while its 90 degrees and 100% humidity but it was worth it. JVC KD A805 I picked up used with a pair of Sony 6x9s. I think I did a decent job of matching the HU colors to the clock.
I need to work on installing a sub and/or the 6x9s. I haven't decided how I want to proceed. For now the sound is 100x better than stock and being able to play music over bluetooth is awesome.

I think we weren't too far from each other this past weekend..I was near Iron River in the Chequamegon
Changed the Front pads, the speed sensor O-ring at the center Diff, fixed a leak on the fuel intake pipe with some sand paper and JB weld . I Also checked the wire harness going to the ECU behind the glove box trying to chase down an intermittent p0306 but no such luck
Padded the metal bar while I was in there for good measure though.

Finally installed a set of 6.5" speakers & front OEM grilles in my rear doors, & removed a lo-jack I found in my dash while unhooking the dash & headliner speakers!
Left front CV joint went and had to be replaced. I figured my LC is just mimicking me as I had left shoulder surgery in May ... 
Not the weekend but....I am I leave this week. Took a trip to Palouse Falls and camped two nights. It was Hot, but fun. there is a huge difference between western and eastern Washington. Great drive an camping trip!
