Actually it's to keep our 60# lab from getting all the way out the window and jumping from the cruiser. I made them from junk I had in the garage but more or less copied the hdj81 idea.

Have anymore picture and/or info on this? I've got two Boxers that I wouldn't mind keeping a bit more inside.

went camping. Tested out the supercharger install. It really makes highway driving a MUCH more enjoyable experience. No more downshifting and trying to hold momentum. I can set the cruise control and roll. Very happy with that. Also had a chance to try out the new KM2's in some mud and they did very well also. Their highway characteristics were better than my old truxus IMHO. Lastly, played around with the new GoPro over the weekend. The only thing i didn't film was me flipping my RC crawler into the river and ruining the ESC :bang:

unfortunately i didnt get hardly any pictures since most are movies.

Great idea! Our Houndini lab will push that window open with her nose and leap out the window in a flat second if we leave it cracked.

May have to make a copy of your copy...

That's a really great idea! The HDJ81's have the monsoon windows that don't open so it was never an issue for me, but that would do the trick, lol.

Installed rear 51/4 speakers & sub replacement

Sub doesn't work. Can't fig out why?

Took it to S.M.O.R.R. and wheeled her hard all day, had a blast looking fwd to going back.

filled the rest of the holes in my drivers fender so this next weekend will finish up my bed-lining job. i pulled the two stock roof-rack bars off and filled the holes there too. now i can put on my new to me roof rack. only issue there is half of it is 350 miles away. so it may be a bit before that gets finished up. started to get things ready for the trunk mod. im gonna have it tweeked so i can have the third row in too.

installed my ebay snorkel yesterday. I'll take some more pics of my "dog bars" for those that were asking today. I've been in NY for the easter weekend, and have no pics posted on them,.

Sorry for the crappy phone pics.. All i really did was make some sheet metal brackets that would line up from the existing seatbelt bolts to the 1" alum square tube. Bolted the brackets to the tube (welder was down at the time). the thin sheet metal brackets allow me to bend it out of the way if i should ever get locked out and need to enter through the rear window. covered the bar with simple foam from homedepot.

Took a mental health day and explored some forest service roads around Helen, GA. The approach angle was steeper, and the "puddle" was deeper, than I thought.

dude, don't tell me you installed the S/C to be able set the cruise control, seriously ?

man, that thing's for punching it past the old ladies that hold up traffic at 35 mph - as proven this morning on the way to work :hillbilly: :steer: :grinpimp:

Actually that was one of the reasons. To be able to cruise at 70 mph is very nice

Finally got the starter contacts replaced and welded on my sliders. Not the prettiest welds on earth but its solid. Next are wheel bearings, rotors and brake pads.

Did a little flexing and stuffing while trying to get up to the top of Bell Mt. in N. Georgia.
