The throttle to pedal cable or the throttle to transmission cable? After trying to adjust mine I think I might be in need of the latter or both

Perfectly fine for a one time deal. I wouldn’t buy the set unless I was regularly swapping them. I also wouldn’t press the old ones out. I’d remove them with other methods.
I only found a couple of hours to work on the valve cover gasket this week. Still havent finished replacing the two coolant lines.
I've done so much janky shyt on other vehicles, I want to attempt to do things "the right way" on my LC. Plus, the amount of time for me, spent trying to remove the rubber part, then sawzall the sleeve, was way more than it should be. I also didn't want to risk gouging the control arms doing that.
Just a personal preference on this one.
My 94 was throwing code 26 and running rough (mostly just strong vibrations) after it was at the dealer for a coolant flush. In trying to clean up things we accidentally busted the MAF connection. Is this easily repairable if the siliconed window is removed, or am I looking at a new maf?
Honestly I would try and find a known good one in the part out section. Then repair this one and then you'll have a spare to either sell or have down the road.
You will be looking for one from a 1993-94. Note, do not attempt to remove the connector from the housing. It's very difficult to get the genie back in the bottle.

Well, installed Dobinsons C97-145VTB Dual Rate springs in the rear of the 80 (have their mates on the front already). Raised the rear about 1.5" to 2" over the 20yr old ome 863 coils.
Spring compressors made the job reasonably easy and I just supported one rear end at a time on jack stands and lowered the axle with tyre off the side I was working on, left the other tyre on etc. Undid sway bar links and popped off low mount shock. This combination allowed slipping out the old coil and installing the new.
A ride around the block and a few curbs shows a nice ride. Presumably the rear will settle a little over the next weeks.
Last weekend I replaced one of the exhaust cushions and found the other one behind the muffler was also done. First pic last weekends job.
Today's replacement, looks a bit worse for wear

George, how much do you carry around in the back? My old 864s are getting very long in the tooth. I carry a fair amount and I tow a Kimberley.

Hey Dan, I don't generally tow. I've got the subtank in the back, the kaymar bumper and tyre hanging off the back. Maybe 50kg (distributed) of sliders and some 3/16" steel bash plates under the middle. Removed the rear jump seats.
Camping, I will have maybe a couple of hundred kg between water, food, gear, bed platform and more tools than I should be taking
Last trip into the mojave preserve (lots of bouncy tracks there) the rear was definitely having issues handling the weight and bounces. My son was following in his vehicle and commented that the rear was a little 'exciteable' . On returning I could see where the rubber axle bumps had kissed more than a few times (rubbed off dirt etc). So, bottoming out on the undulations. For sure needed more spring, hence replacing with the dual rate 3.5" dobs. Given the rear went up 1.5 to 2", the old 863's were clearly at eol.
With the front dual rate dobs, the stance became flat (with no camping weight) and the rear was somewhat down with the camping gear. This was also noticeable with the headlight aim at night
The ome coils were originally installed around 1999-2000, so long in the tooth for something that carries the load 24/7.

I finally got around to removing the oil pump cover to replace the O-ring. It started on a whim as I'm replacing all the power steering parts, I thought, well, there is a lot of space open here, we can give it a shot. I fully expected to have to drill a few out, but all of them came out no issue at all. I used a #3 JIS bit in my spall impact, and started slow, letting the impact tap a bit before I really released it, and they all spun right out like it was nothing. I did however, forget to take pics. Since I'm working on it again tomorrow, I'll get some of it, and the shiny new power steering parts and post them up.

Tossed a 1” spacer in the front today. 37s needed a bit more breathing room before I start cutting. Sitting pretty level now.
