Ahhh. New hood struts. PO installed a non-US spec OEM prop rod. Didn’t hate it so I’m leaving it attached as well. It did get in the way a bit for engine work.

Past month doing paint correction using a clay bar, cutting, and sealing. Drivers side door and hood were beyond salvaging so I decided to take them down to metal and remove any rust. Repainted fenders and door using 2k urethane primer, 202 black, and 2k urethane clear coat. Wet sanded orange peel out (mostly), cut & buffed. Hood still in progress.

Up close shots are before cutting and after sealing.

Repainted drivers door. Not perfect, but for a rattle can job it turned out pretty decent.

This is the Man-a-Fre drop bracket. I’m not sure if they make them anymore.

Which drop bracket is that for the panhard on the frame side? Never seen one like that as an alternative to the Delta VS

Had a great weekend hitting some moderates at WindRock with @bonestock, @WhiskeyBullets, et al. Cant wait to go back!

It was a beautiful weekend and saw a bunch of pretty hundos and double hundos at COTR 2022.

Flexing in the trenches:

My tire caught a masonry nail that escaped from the hardware store at some point.

Can you order as one unit or do you have to piece together? What was the total cost?

Hey, you order the pieces individually.

Bumper: 52111-60540 ($200).
Left bumper extension: 52103-60210 ($90).
Right bumper extension: 52102-60210 ($90).
Left and right bumper grills: 53113-60020 & 53112-60030 ($20 each)
Four painted bumper bolts: 90112-8073 ($1.50 each)
I reused the two bumper cross braces and a lot of the hardware as they were in great shape. Bumper to frame mounts are available, if you need them: 52141-60070 & 52142-6006

Hope this helps.

Trunk gas strut installed.
This strut suitable for Mitsubishi l200 or Nissan navara.
Easy install, just one hole. Sorry, two holes. First are wrong 🤣

Looks great - well done. Out of curiosity, any reason you went with base/clear vs. the original single stage paint?

Nice!! So you only had to drill and tap the hole on the tailgate? And less than $14 USD!!

Or less than $13 😜
