I totally agree with you on the PVC comment ... the pipe in the picture was nylon tubing though.Nope.
I worked in pipe for decades. Burn PVC and it makes chlorine gas. Google-fu it.
And no we are not going to all be ok because....Covid.

I have my Covid microchip inserted. The Government says I'll be OK now. They wouldn't lie, would they?
Yup. Totally my mistake. 3/8” nylon line from Utah Pneumatic. Corrected.Hey no worries.
He said pvc, that’s why I responded. I know nothing about nylon pipe.
I have seen many a post on here over the years though about using pvc for this or that. Such as separating birfs. PVC should be left for your plumbing and irrigation. When it breaks it shatters and can easily cut you to the bone. When you burn it it can kill you if you take a big lung full. So ya in my opinion automotive and pvc shouldn’t even be in the same sentence.
Cheers
But PVC is awesome. So much lighter than DOM tube and you can get stoned when you solvent weld it together!Hey no worries.

You're telling me, mistakes were made but the winch got us out. It wasn't as deep as this would suggest.Oh man that is clean(not the engine bay itself, lol)! I’ll have to try your suggestion. What about the wires to the switch and controller? I was not able to pull those off either. Where did you source that box?

Hopefully you have a tall enough garage door to accommodate the truck with the RTT on it.Not all done in a single weekend, more like a many-weekend update.
1. Moved the washer reservoir using a @Delta VS bracket. Bit of a pain, as the wiring harness in my 93 was solidly in the way and wouldn't budge much.

2. Installed 50 amp breaker switch on another @Delta VS bracket. I'm running 2 x 4 AWG cables to power my @NLXTACY quarter panel.

3. Ran the 2 x 4 AWG cables in a conduit under the radiator cover.

4. Installed a new battery box, dropped in a fresh X2Power battery, and @sleeoffroad battery clamp extenders (their V1 model). Also added @LandCruiserPhil's anti-stress connection for the fusible link.

5. Oh, and I hung a hoist on a 10' Unistrut trolley. This should make light work of mounting my new GFC RTT once the gutter clamps arrive.

Work left to be done: secure the strut channel in the clamps and add stops so the trolley doesn't run out of the channel. Also, run power to a new ceiling outlet.
The ceiling height in that part of the garage is almost 11', the garage door is 8'. The door will be the bottleneck, but should just be ok.Hopefully you have a tall enough garage door to accommodate the truck with the RTT on it.
I guess if not, you can always let all the air out of the tires........
