The 3/8” PVC line works perfectly here. Lots of flexibility and there’s a small recess already cut into the bumper that works perfectly for the routing. The tubing bend is a little aggressive going into the manifold, but the great thing about PVC is you can hit it with a quick blast of propane to relax the tubing, then hold it for a few seconds while it cools - and it will stiffen back up holding the bend. Placement on the swing out also makes it easily accessible from either side once it’s locked open.
Only change I’d make is a smaller manifold, but the cost of an all black 4-port 1/4npt manifold is ridiculous. If only
