Made a simple arm rest to make long trips more comfy. Don't mind the cushion. I used some material I had on hand. I'll sew up a better one later. Doesn't block the cup holder or the ebrake.

Adam, I have been stuffing a pillow between the seat and arm rest for many years. This looks like a practical replacement. Can you provide more pictures, especially where and how it attaches? Much appreciated!

Here's a look at the contraption. There are two holes in the base but I'm only using one and it seems to be plenty solid. It is bolted to the floor using the rear bolt for the seat nearest the console.

You didn't happen to do a design document did you? Looking for measurements, gauge of steel, angle measurements, etc. A very professional job....did you do the welding yourself? I am looking to do a welding class at the local community college as soon as we get a COVID shot.

Exhaust side is done. New down pipe was a pain and took longer than I wanted, but its over an done with now.

New heater valve and all new hoses and clamps

If I would stop procrastinating and work would let me have some peace I could possibly have it back together by the end of the week ... unlikely, but possible.

Cleaned up my new '94 Triple locked with 63k miles.

Removed the BS (chrome, bull bar, aftermarket headlights)
Upgraded headlight harness, new bulbs

New winch and bumper. Need an offset hawse fairlead, but I'm going to see if there's enough adjustment in the winch mounting first.

I didn't have to mess with the control box at all. I just left it attached to the winch and ran pos/neg cables to the battery isolation switch which is (or will soon be) mounted in the battery compartment. It's just sitting in there loose right now.

With the ARB bumper, the control box has clearance all around, even with the 3/4" spacers. Also, there's ample room to reach down and access the clutch release without clocking the housing, which I don't think is possible with this winch.

Also, just to update, I loosened the winch mounting bolts and lifted the winch up in the slots and tightened the bolts back down. This reduced the lip inside the fairlead to about 1/8", but it's still not a perfectly smooth transition. I'll be ordering an offset hawse fairlead shortly.

New PCV valve, grommet and two breather hoses.
The grommet just popped out attached to the PCV valve. It required some leverage with long pliers, but I expected much worse.

I didn't get that concerned about it to document the design. Just kinda winged it as I went with some scrap steel I had on hand. Yes I welded it myself. Your measurements my vary since I have different seats but the "foot" length is roughly 4.5" to go horizontally toward the console to give a "base" for the leg to weld to. Leg angle I used was 30*. I have the arm rest height about 2.5" taller than the console since that's what *felt* best to me. There's no adjustment in this so the height will probably be different for different people. The pad is some high density foam and marine vinyl over a 3x12x3/8" piece of plywood and bolted to the top plate.

That definitely worked in your favor. i have a tight pre-runner style bumper on my LX450 and had to remove the head and relocate the guts next to the battery. I need to put it in a waterproof box and cut in the switch. Very impressed with this winch so far. Thank you for you reply.
