Finally re-calibrated my Staun II deflators (Coyote) to 16lbs. Those things are FINICKY! I ended up lining up the hole on the tire end with the numbers on they body and kept fine tuning then scribed a line over the numbers to line up with the hole and locked down the lock nut.
Swapped out the broken DEPO light AGAIN........ Swapped in some ?? brand, but Andrea wanted them instead of another set of the DEPOs.. This will be the 3rd time in 5 years a DEPO has cracked.

Yes I'm in the Danville/San Ramon area...where are you at? They do indeed pass CA smog, both have the CARB numbers stamped on them. My muffler guy has been in this business for 20+ years and he's a master at building custom exhausts for pretty much any vehicle. He definitely knows whats going on when it comes to which cats are correct for CA usage as well.

There's 2 sets of part numbers depending on whether you want to go direct fit style bolt on from the manifolds back or weld on style. Direct fit part numbers are: 447103/447217. Weld on part numbers that I went with are: 447106/447206. I'm thinking the weld on ones are a bit cheaper than the direct fit option, with the down pipes included. It was actually quite affordable to have both cats replaced, whereas I was thinking it was going to be rather pricey.
My driver's mirror just folded in effortlessly while driving last week which was very similar to when I accidentally walked into my passenger mirror one day and the top horseshoe shaped washer slot was worn out/broken.

Trimmed round tube to allow the spring to be compressed while allowing the horseshoe washer in.

My rig took me and my son, kayaks on the roof, and camper in tow, out to kayak the west branch of the Susquehanna river over two days, then over to Rickett's Glen state park for a couple more days camping with my wife and daughter.
The west branch was awesome. As remote as you are likely to get on the east coast. 22 miles of river, didn't see another soul, and did not hear any man made sounds. We ended up camping roughly at the half way point next to a mountain stream. Slept like a baby
The 80 did not fair so well. Developed a rear pinion leak on the first leg of the trip. Then developed an overheating issue. It ended up being a long ride home, had to keep to the back roads and keep a watch on the OBD2 reader. I am surprised by the overheating issue. Drug the family, camper and kayaks all over the mountains of NH, NY, and PA last summer with no temp issues at all. Oh well, the fan clutch is now out and draining, new fluid should be here in a couple days. Hopefully that fixes things up!
In preparation of a 10+hr road trip next month, I had to address a few comfort issues. I did the unthinkable.... I put Jeep parts in my Land cruiser . One side is done and it was kind of a pain, go figure. I used some well worn 2002 grand cherokee seats I scored for pretty cheap. They are so much more comfortable than the worn and hard as a board stockers. No regrets!
I also did the 3rd row recline mod with a cup holder and power outlets for my son in the back, he's pretty happy to have a phone charger now lol.
@ewillis - Still rough, but the attached document might be able to help. We have seen a bunch of gauge cluster indicators activated as part of the Harrop/OEM switch install.
