Yup. And I still have a few things to check/tighten/adjust from rubithon...

Found this photo of a rig I wish I hadn't sold. Luckily I still have the girl. Big Island, Hawaii. 1973 Series III

Is that anywhere near Kua bay? I lived in the area about 15 years ago. I can't remember much anymore.

Same here, went to take off spacers I threw on the front springs for rubithon, because they don't fit on a 80 right (but advertised that they would from a mud member I got them from :censor:) and I couldn't pull them off the cone!:ban: And when I really pulled the truck moved too much for my liking. Need to figure out a more stable way to get the tuck up and axle drooped...

This is definitely the first and Last time I buy spacers.

Broke a stud on my water pump. Think it's safe to drive with just three?

I'm not sure either anymore. I was thinking Milolii area or City Of Refuge. We were there in the 90's.

Are those 30mm hard ploy spacers? Think @NLXTACY had the same issue, it took a while to get it seated and that's with copious amount of silicon lube........

They are a hard poly spacer but 20mm. My problem is the lip, on the bottom side, its too big for the spring to go around. Even lubed. So the spring Is tilted at the top a little. Its probably not the end of the world but its driving me crazy. I might try and cut the lip off, but that still leaves a cheap poly spacer up there. I should find metal solution.

Um you sure that was mine? We didn't use spray. It didn't seat right away but a little driving got them in.

Not spray but you definitely lather on the lube around the opening, I was right there behind you.

I wish mine settled in. I've done about 400 miles of driving and the Rubicon since I put them on

Why not a metal tech upper mount spacer. I have had 2 sets, one was 1.5" and another truck had a 2" and they fit and worked perfectly.

The lack of aloha Jen posts is really having an impact on this thread..
Well, I will be back home in a week....so get ready for plenty of non tech related weekend posts!

Is the stud far enough to pass the hub flange?

It broke pretty much flush with the flange's outer surface (closest to the radiator), so the hole is still filled with the stud remnant, but there's nothing sticking out, if that's what you're getting at.

Shut your filthy mouth, @AlohaJen is reading this thread ^^^

But to answer your question like @NLXTACY was saying, you have to pull it out since you don't have enough thread to tighten it back up.
