With the possibility of this being the first oil change I would run it for another 20K/1 year or maybe less. Then check it again before I would consider rebuilding anything. Although not ideal does not look that uncommon on a new diff with 106k.

Roger that. I will give it another 20k or so and stack parts on the bench in the background. Appreciate the insight a ton!

This pretty well sums up the start to my weekend: explored new beaches, lounged in the Hawaiian sun a bit, hubby got to surf a new spot, enjoyed the solitude.

What are the largest waves you are comfortable surfing out there? How about your hubby? I am not a surfer but I have been out in 8 to 10 ft. surf and it gives you a whole new appreciation for the power of the ocean.

Drove out to the southeast corner of Oahu for a hike to the Makapuu lighthouse with the fam. Very dry area of the island, but has really nice views of the coast. It's also whale migration season here in Hawaii, so we were lucky to see tons of passing whales just offshore.

Not the greatest photo, but you can see a whale that just breached.

@Aloha Jen great pictures as always! Hopefully I can get out on one of the trails when my ship pulls in for a few days.

Tested out the roof rack in Utah's West desert. Discovered clicking birfs.

Ok.. It's been a very busy week so I will get more in depth with these changes in my build thread.. Long store short a new lighting company sponsored the truck for SEMA forcing me to start cranking out on some other projects even though it's a ways down the road!
- changed to 3in J springs f/r
- added adjustable bumps
- built giant drawer and cooler slide which I can put my spare on top of
- build new front winch carrier/ Rock basher

Me, I am a chicken....I only go out if its very small and playful. My husband is really good, but he doesn't go out in anything crazy big.
