I installed a new Flowmaster y-pipe, popped a dent out of the passenger front fender put everything back together and have been daily driving it all week.

Last night I straightened the passenger side wing on the front bumper (PO bumped something with it), and straightened the bottom edge of my trail damaged tailgate so it latches shut better, and I can limp it along till I get the replacement painted and installed. Involved blocks of wood, sledgehammers, and a brass drift. Pretty exciting stuff! Should have taken pics.

Going old school on the newbs with the orange dot and mag lite mod :grinpimp::wrench:

Now let's see if we can drag dusty back in with all the questions he's getting ready to get

You got me, I'm a noob.
Is this trivia time?
What the heck is that?

1) no. Trivia games usually don't have a massive searchable database with the answers
2) it's a mag light. And a mod

All this spring coil diameter and wrap count has weakened your search-fu :)

Does this help a little?

I laughed so hard it took me a couple minutes to compose my self then did a search. This is what google gave me.
This is classic.

Installed my CDL switch, new headlight bulbs, and painted my grille/chrome around the headlights. Snorkel and skid plate Sunday...

I have a new TEQ grille badge coming but my buddy may have talked me out of using with his "Won't that ruin the design integrity?" quip. Not sure now, I like the all black.

How does it pull a double trailer? My double has a big salt shield and pulls like a parachute! I haven't had a chance to try with my 80 yet, but even the wife's GX470 struggled to stay in OD above 105km/h (65mph), I think partially due to the bigger tires affect on the gearing, ends up hunting for gears above that speed.

She pulls good.... if you can take your time. The biggest issue I have is stopping. I always manage to over shoot brake zones and with the snowy roads I always slide into intersections. Its a hoot, for sure. Otherwise it works great!!! :p

Loaded the yak up to get some duck action. Awesome time hunting.

Dude, do I need one of those? I also have cup holders and I really like the color of that maglite.

Of course you do. I'm thinking about adding a second one for the other vent tube...... Just got to grab some 1/2" fittings. Than just get the fujimoto valve # from @NLXTACY to make draining easier with no risk to the Italian loafers

I got some used stuff new again....and some new stuff that needs some using. Had the hubby pull off and wire wheel the old rusty hitch the PO had on there, so I could give it some new paint. Used Blitz Black, came out really nice.

Also got me some new gear for my fancy tailgate storage.

All fit nice and snug in the new storage area.

Wasn't all work and no play, still managed to find a new beach we hadn't been to before.

Enjoy the holiday weekend!!!

NIce work on the hitch @Aloha Jen. Mine is beyond wire wheeling unfortunately. I will be pulling it off as soon as I get everything put back together.
