let me preface by stating if the vinyl is very hard, you need to be very careful. There is a metal trim stapled to the top of the chipboard card.. roll back vinyl and remove staples and pull metal trim. If you like the big ugly gap at the top before the lip in the door skin, then do what I did and roll the vinyl tightly over the top of the card and using cut down staple gub staples, simply staple the vinyl to the back of the card by pushing squarely and decisively on the staple chucked into a pair of linesmans pliers. If you want it to look better than mine, find a way to add about 1/4" - 5/16" at the top of the card (perhaps by cutting the metal trim- tall enough to bend a rolled lip in the top of it) and fixing it to the card before rolling the vinyl tightly over the edge of the card and stapling down...In my case, I will fashion a bit of trim welt of vinyl that I can border the card with, and hopefully take up the slack at the top there....but, yeah, the Non US look card is looking pretty sharp, to me, as well.
