When you buy new 40 Series wheels they come in black. They did not come in black when they were delivered on new trucks back in the day. I should have clarified!
Another vote for "leave it alone." I think it looks perfect. If you do paint, white would be the only option I'd consider (don't do black). But seriously, just leave it :cool:
Not really the weekend, but changed out my clogged up old fuel filter with a new OEM filter. Was starting to get a "starved" start-up. Ran fine after she turned over, though. After the new filter install, the old girls cranked right up.

Man that is the one that got away sadly. It was a 1987 4runner. That was my favorite vehicle I ever owned. I sold it to get an 80 series and hated the 80 series interior haha.
That truck had a brand new toyota long block 22re with rebuilt heads...

Fabbed some engine bay lights out of Amazon parts and got them installed. I have more planned for the upper hatch to illuminate the tailgate camp kitchen.
