Hilarious link mentions a chevy alt. I just finished modifying my 60 alt bracket to accommodate a cs130 swap. ;) I used my dremel and a metal stone to cut down the bracket so the more shallow chevy feet had more leeway to move. And while it was out I gave each section a cleanup and a coat of paint.
It's in but now just need to trim down the wires on the pigtail.

Hey fel, aren't the two white wires going to the lower stud the charge wires that normally connect to the battery? Why not add a fused direct line (see my thread on mine) to beef up the powah! some?!. Also, the changes in wire color and whatnot are driving my OCD bonkers!! LOL!

As a clueless wanna be engineer, I'd not take a chance w/ a LC and that bridge. DID you drive over it or just walk it for the pix?

Replace a rear tail gate bumper. Had to replaced the tail gate bumper due to acceleration of rust after I tried to clean it up after running the bumper through my ultrasound cleaner. Found a replacement from jay at cruiser yard. Also had to buy a tap and die set to pull out rusted sheared off bolt. Had a coupon from harbor fright dropping the price down to $29.99.

Well, was hoping to actually drive it today....started out all smiles and ambitious to get the windshield in. But after 4 failed attempts trying to get it in, we gave up. A bit demoralizing, but maybe after a break at the beach, we will try another attemp later.

How it sits now...maybe better luck later.

Picked up Trail Tailor roof rack from powder coating shop. And some discarded inner tubes from local bike shop to use on rack mounts.
