Odd Im also on 863 but no contact. Are you using other than stock rear control arms?
No, stock uppers and lowers.

I could have inserted the bolt from the spring side, and it would likely clear. But, pulling the shock, swaybar, and spring was not in the cards when I did the install. Maybe it's a semi-float thing

For you maybe just doubling up on the washer:hmm:

The casner run was an awesome trip and proved how amazing the roof top tent is, but we needed sun, water, and warmth.
Headed over to havasu for the weekend (sans kiddos)
Set up rocks. Got lots of long stares as people passed by.

:santa:Fun News - Will at Sierra Expeditions is offering 10% off any purchase over $50 bucks for the holidays for any club member :bounce::bounce2:

Took 80 to CBT for a car wash. While it was there had them fix seized idler pulley and replace the missing belt. Also replaced schrader valves. A/C system doesn't work at only half full, who would've guessed.

Had the new to me 570 there last week to fix all of the neglect of the PO. Not horrible but even a Cruiser can't survive on just oil changes and tire rotation.

Found this in a drawer in the garage. At the heart of the beast...

Tip number 867....

When replacing the 3175 dome light bulbs with LED's, remove the 4 screws that retain the housing assembly before you try to snap in a bulb. Otherwise, that $10 bulb might launch itself into the inner bowels of sheet metal and you will find that your fingers are not skinny enough or long enough to retrieve it.

Thanks!
Where is the list with the other 866 tips

Jumping right in to making the 5.7 sound like it should on the 570. Had 14" Magnaflow installed (retained the resonator for now) at Mesa Muffler. Sounds so good. After having one on the 470 even the wife wouldn't have it any other way. I'll try to get a vid.

While there, met Mr @Ken in AZ after hearing him describe he had a 93 needing some work. Great conversation with an amazing person and another Cruiser. Pleasure to meet you Ken. Sure helped the time go by. Oh and he has a pretty sweet rig.

Longest road trip to date in the Cruiser. 230mi round trip, with 18x9 FN BFD’s off my GX470 on the cruiser. Much more highway friendly, it would do 70-72mph at about 2800rpm

Edit: the tires measure 33.2”. They fit with no modification on my 100% original suspension 60. They do rub when making sharp turns though, but with a tire that big I think it’s expected.
