The main thing on this front is the recessed recovery points. Overall 2.25" straight out, but the bottom edge of the V1 version recovery point was 3.38" That is ZERO now.

I'll have all the corrected cut lines in CAD in the morning and re-cut and bend everything. This one is okay but I want a 1/8" clearance between all pieces. I'm +/- 1/8" of that right now.
Also get the brush/bullbar up tomorrow as well.

That is the hardest part of this bumper. The center and wings are pretty straight forward, but getting the caps just right has proven to be a PITA on V1 and V2.
I'll have to make a complete hard jig just to set up the caps. Otherwise it will be off and extremely noticeable. IMO, this is why most others don't make this style of bumper and stick to a straight line approach and cut.
Between now and Sunday I will make 2 complete hard welded bumpers so I can build a jig. Once the jig is set I'll sell one of those and store the original in case there is ever any damage to the jig. Same thing happens on the rear bumper...

That is the plan. My powder coater has told me I have until Thursday night / Friday morning to get the V2 bumper to him to turnaround for an install on Saturday and Sunday delivery.

Still being tweaked and adjusted. But, yes.
The bull bar tubes look to compliment the lines of the grill and the outer lines of the fender. Can't wait to see the full thing. It's definitely one that I'm going to watch.

I'd like to see more of that bull bar. I'm pretty sure I don't want one but this one looks better than most.

Had this bumper been out sooner, I'd have tried to do this instead of my TJM--even though I am supremely please with it.
Curious about bull-bar strength. Do the bars pass through the bumper for internal bracing?
