I knew you added the rear, but never actually SAW it until now.
We were looking at your bumper-less butt at Breck as I recall--and what's funny to me about that is that it didn't look half bad that way.

TT is churning out some really nice stuff.

@TonyP rear is finished. @indycole will be finished in the morning. I don't have anything left today guys. Been on a 18 day run and need a afternoon off.

Rear base weighed in at 130# added about 16# over T's old one. Hi-Lift mount is good to go as well.

With the cut, tuck and underpan to the frame, the new clearance is 2.38" higher than T's old bumper.

Nicely done, Jason! That's some serious improvement.

I like how you extended the full wing to the frame instead of the typical arm supports (am I seeing that right in the photo?). Gotta be super strong.

Thanks Mark! I told T yesterday that I jumped in the forklift and while I was about to fork the rear of the bumper.... I told myself... "well dumbass... yes, it'll pick up the whole thing..." The underpan is bolted and skinned directly to the bottom of the frame... HA!

M, it still has a wing/arm support as well and you are correct the entire wing wraps and bolts to the frame. 10 bolts hold it to the frame.

@reevesci Looks great. I would cut that hi-lift jack short of roof rail height. You don’t want to drive into a garage with limited clearance and have a oops moment.

You can always just remove the jack and only put it on for trails.
Rolling to the supermarket with a Hi-Lift is a bit pretentious. We aren't Jeep owners.

On the other hand...unbolting it just so you don’t look pretentious going to the supermarket is a pain in the .

@indycole rear is finished. @TonyP front is staged up when I go back in tonight and in the morning. Those are Tony's cut panels on Cole's rig. They are a perfect match if anyone needs or wants to get a scratch and dent set from the boneyard one day.. I have a customer coming in from Santa Barbara with a '18 in a few weeks and we'll Monstaliner a used set for his rig.


All I can say right now is I've been living on RED STAR ROCK BULLS for the past week along with several cold pills (yes I mix my energy drinks with spirits......) Works for me.. Speaking of spirits... it's time for three fingers of JWB, a steak and a movie...

Thank you, the burn table and press brake are a game changer for me. Still working on things and learning but getting close.

T, they are slightly a different color. I think they are the same color code. Maybe its all the scratches that make it look lighter... HA!
