For anyone doing the KDSS Relocation. It's very easy. I spent more time dealing with the skids than the actual relocation kit. Use a strap to pull the bar forward into place. Granted I have speedholes in my bumper but you can be creative and figure something out.

I don't like how the end links are tweaked or that I lost some clearance due to spacing the skid plates but it is what it is. Hopefully one day we'll have an aftermarket sway bar as an option. For now this works. Thanks @Taco2Cruiser for the hints and @Willy beamin for telling me I'm dumb for to even trying fitting 35s without the relocation kit :)

@TonyP so after I bent my first set of end links I got creative. Pictured below seemed like the logical thing to do and it's held up without distortion for close to 5000 miles, including some wheeling. I got with my alignment shop guy and we cut some spacers to fill the end link bracket void and give a solid backeing for the bolt to thread through. Then moved the end links to the outer side of the end link bracket holder. Thus far it's working. I spoke with christo about it and although he didn't say yea or hey he did say he's had the same thoughts. Disclaimer Do it at your own risk. I along with my shop owner think its good to go. I just didn't like my end links being bent forward.

Not a bad idea. Thanks for the info. I was also thinking of a spherical in place of the rubber bushings. I'll have to do some thinking about it. It's not like they're going to snap or anything, just a bit concerning.

Of course, ultimately, I'd like a different kdss bar.

These things are big, beefy, heavy and chunky. Pretty big change from the KO2s just driving around town. I can see some limited flex happening. I'll keep my KO2s in storage for now until I make a decision to keep these or not. We'll see. They should get dirty tomorrow. Poser preview as I was dropping off my KO2s at my storage unit.

Haha, here's one more just for you.

There are only two rubbing spots. Where the mud flap used to be, on the rocker cover piece, needs trimmed more. That rubs super bad when turning.

And the kdss bar rubs a tad at full lock. Nothing horrendous though.

One more shot in its unnatural habitat.

More pics!!!:)

More pics!!!:)

I have a couple of pics on my camera from Moab, nothing exciting as I was occupied trying to climb 4 foot shelves and not get bogged in baby powder like sand :)

The sliders did their job though. This was a super heavy hit. Climbing a shelf and the rear slipped out on the driver's side rear and all 7000lbs of land cruiser dropped a couple of feet onto the slider. A bit of a ding but no body damage so I'm happy. I also used them a few times to pivot, just powder coat scrapes.

Poser shots. Checking the twisty bits. After a weekend of testing the 35s; rear clears by a hair at full tuck but no rubbing. Front rubs in the UCA and KDSS Bar, not enough to cause any huge issues. I might try a small spacer to see if I can a bit more clearance without losing fender clearance.

The Toyo M/Ts themselves are quite good. I didn't air down much at all, spent most of the weekend around 38psi. Even at that pressure it mustered through the super powdery sand in Moab after digging in a bit. Slick rocks they do very well. I was giving it a hot supper on a few jagged shelves and they chunked a bit only a couple of small spots though, as to be expected with an M/T on sharp rocks spinning tires. No drama on gravel/loose rocks. They aren't quiet on the Interstate but I expected that.

And they look pretty awesome too. I really need to remember to get action shots. I put this thing through some gnarly stuff this weekend and it would not be stopped. Beyond impressed with the 200. Like I said in the Moab Pre-Run thread, the Crawl Control is damn near witchcraft. It defies physics.

The only "issues" so far; some bizarre squeak when the front suspension compresses. I don't know if it's the shocks, KDSS bushings, skid plates, or what. Maybe I'll blast the underside with Fluid Film to see if it goes away. Driver's side LBJ looks like it's squirted some goop, I'll keep an eye on it. Oil cooler has a leak on the coolant side, it's a very minor leak though. Lastly, there's red Moab dust throughout my interior.

Front bumper approach is second to none. I had zero issues approaching any rocks/shelves. The rear bumper took some VERY hard hits on departure, not so much as a mark on them. I'm pleased.

Forgot to post these. Here's the seat replacement storage. I bought a truck cab organizer for the front, has a bunch of pockets. I decided against the carpet for the sides for now. Haven't decided on carpet for the top yet.

I'm still trying to work out what to do about the top. Probably just a double hinged for each side using those ones pictured on the floor. I need to buy a sheet of that thin MDF I used for the sides. There's just a flimsy type of wood on top now.

I actually used this during my trip for firewood and sleeping platform. Worked pretty well.
