Now for the fun. Got to get out for 3 days to explore Monache Meadows 2 weeks ago. It was amazing weather and got to test out all the new upgrades on the piggy.

Got to setup the Oz RV1 Tent on the roof rack. Worked out great and very comfortable with an Xped Duo 10 mattress. Was able to drop it down with the mattress still inflated and sleeping bag with all my sleeping gear still inside. Zipped it up and wrapped the rain cover over it and strapped it down. Drove all day until we found our next spot to setup and it took absolutely no time at all to setup.

Thanks, the headlights were just universal 7" LED's I found online. Cable is still available as well to order.

I'm right there with you! Previous owner installed it and I despise it. One day I will either remove and do the body work or just sell the truck. lol

Yeah, there been a huge debate about that. Some place the snorkel head backwards and some have that centrifugal style round head that helps keep debrees from getting sucked in just like the factory 80 air box.

To add a Long Range America 25 gallon auxilary fuel tank I had to build out the rear frame section that was cut and shortened. Used 2" square with 1/4 wall and added a 2" receiver. Also welded some angle to the bottom and corners of the tank for added protection. Still need to cut the fuel inlet pipe and reroute towards the rear for the filler neck.

Finished up the rear section in flat black. I also added 8 small D-rings around the roof rack for attaching the RV1 tent. It also works well for tie down points.

After more than a year of searching with no luck for the 55 fender emblems I gave up and put on some 40 emblems. Got tired of people asking what year Land Rover it was.
