Oh, there's more... it's just that I'm busy and about to head out for a week to the West Kootenays for the archery Whitetail season.

Gotta get my fix. How's it comin?

Well, this thread had dropped back to page 5... been kind of busy over the past couple of months to add anything substantial, even though I have made some changes and updates to Coleman.

So, stay tuned, there's more to come shortly.... and it'll be worth having some  and  while you catch up on the latest.

Have you any pics of the rear suspension ride height and maximum wheel travel?

I currently have EFS rear springs that travel alright but are not coping with the loads I carry.

I have, in the rear, OME CS017RB springs. The height from the centre of the rear hub to the bottom lip of the fender is 61 cm.

The wheel travel is not something I have measured since I don't really care what it is. I don't get too excited about things like Ramp Travel, since it's somewhat useless as a measure of actual on-trail performance. The springs moves well, has good wheel travel and the ride is comfortable.

With the CS017RAs in the front and the CS017RBs in the rear, and the shackle angle and spring mount in the front were adjusted to suit the longer rear springs.

I am using shocks that are quite a bit longer than the OME units and also longer shackles (this is outlined in the thread a number of posts back).

If you want more arch in the spring for more height, then use the OME CS017RA springs.

If you want more load, use the medium springs for the 60 series wagon CS004Rx, then adjust your height by choosing A or B springs, with the A having more initial arch.

Need more info (I'm in a hurry to get the post office), then post again.

This is from the past... 2009 to be more accurate. But, nothing like a throw-back day to post up a few photos of what happened back then.

Wholesale Automatics Extreme valve body for the A442F in my BJ74. The extra tubes are for the 3rd gear lock up feature - which is a great addition to be sure.
