Hmmm, thats weird. Usually the return line is larger than the high pressure side. Hopefully it will work out ok.
I'm not sure about the tach yet, its something I need to figure out. I don't remember what you ended up doing Boots, hopefully something simple?
Found this pic of just before I put the sensor on. You can see the way the notches are different from the last picture I posted and where how the bracket can work.

Yep, cut an extra notch to have three total. Local scrap yard had a trashed 6bt so I used that balancer to practice on with the notches. i think it is critical to have a decent gap for the sensor to pick up. Not depth, width. I think i used a ford explorer abs sensor. it is a 2 wire sensor. The dodge crank is a 3 wire. I didn't want to try to figure out what was what so i just ebayed the explorer sensor. All of my assumptions are based on the link I sent before. Let me know what happens if I don't get there first!
Also I am beginning to look for some new tires, I need to sell my old ones first to make some money back.
So far my list looks like this:
40" Maxxis Trepador Bias

42" Interco TSL

Or Just run my 35" KM2s

Does anyone have any input on running any of these tires? I have heard nothing but good things about the Treps.
And TSLs have been around for a long time.
Nice work Stevo.. Keep the momentum going.

I wouldn't run 35's, you have to much of everything to run 35's. Smallest I would run is 37's. I am particular to 16-17" wheels on the skinny side so for me that would be a deciding factor too.
I haven't ran Treps before but always wanted a set. I have however ran several sets of Creepies and like them a lot. They will clog up in mud and clay but what won't besides Boggers!? I have noticed Creepeis when wet won't hook up on the rocks as well as when dry.
Interco: had me some Boggers. It can't be beat for mud slingin'. Otherwise I don't like Interco tires much.
I would add Krawlers to your list as well as some MTR's.
If it was me I would go Maxxis (Creepeis or Treps), BFG (Krawlers or KM2's) and 3rd choice would be MTRs. Pitbulls interest me a little but don't come in sizes I like.
Last bit....shop around for used tires. I sold a set of five 40" Creepeis for $2200 and they had 90%+ tread on them and I paid over $3k for the set. And that isn't even a screaming deal. On Pirate and lot's of other places you can find great deals on tires if you have cash in hand and are ready to buy.
My 2 cents

Cool, I'll have to try that out. what did you notch it with?
I wish the junkyards had spare 6bt's by me.
Looks good. that's about what I started with for my abs mount then I just ended up using the original crank sensor mount and drillilling, tapping a mounting hole in the center of it. Can't wait to see it work. You know we are going to have to post a youtube of them rollin coal!
