You can see on the bumper where I was dragging azz in Moab.

We haven't been back to Moab since then, so really haven't had to test it yet. I feel a lot better with the skid plate on there in stead of punching a hole into 60 gallon gas tank. The skid is heavy, maybe 3/16 thick, can't remember.

I think mine have the OME med. heavy spring pack and I added three more leaves. I knew adding the tank, skid and tools/camping stuff would be heavy, but rides fine and no droopy draws. I daily drive a 1 1/2 ton flatbed, so anything else is smooth driving.

That's just all new flat glass that I had cut to fit. It's got a green tint to it. I think the camera angle and reflecting off the trees makes it look darker. The windshield has the green tint from Prosource.

Road Trip!

I can't take it any longer, we're getting out for a small week long trip. The plan is to explore the Buffalo River in Arkansas. Packing up the trailer is the hardest part, camping every night (shower is packed). If anybody has a secret spot on the Buffalo and cares to share, let me know. The cooler is in, so you know it's happening. I drove to a gas station and put 57 gals. in the 55 gal tank...$140

Hey, I treat my beverages right. I figured that out after trying to keep up with the guys leading the way on the trail, they know who I'm talking about. :) On one trip I asked my wife to get me a drink out of the cooler and I swear when she got out of her seat to reach the cooler I hit a bump and she went in the cooler. She got herself in a position to where she couldn't get out, half in half out. I had to pull over while laughing so hard and she's cussing, would of paid big money to have a camera ready.

I have to get my own drinks now....
