That's a lotta vacuum hoses still left for a desmog! I think I took it to the extreme though; only got about 3' of hose now.

I think there is almost as much vacuum hose left in my desmogged cruiser, as a stock smogged one. I kept all auxiliary systems in play and removed only emissions related gear. Smog pump, air rail, metal spaghetti, EGR, are all deleted though.

What a beast

Pretty much sums it up. Took a road trip last weekend in torrential rain. Uphill, downhill, gear, doesn't really matter just push the pedal and go. The BFG MT's did great in heavy rain. Putting HID headlights in it now.

Yeah I went the opposite route and got rid of everything possible

Last pic I could find before I finished the 2F. Went back to a stock carb etc. then pulled it for this upgrade. Will have the correct crosspipes on it soon
