Rear-end saggy on LX450 - OEM springs NLA - Aftermarket Suggestions?

Yup, front and rear springs are different, these are the OME part #'s for each. It's the only replacement springs I'm aware of that doesn't require ANYTHING else be changed.
 
Just be aware that the springs have a SPECIFIC location on the truck. Just because iot says left, doesn't mean it's the left side. OME are made Down Under where the drivers side is on the right which is the left in the USA.

OME has a description on their website for where the CORRECT location is for the appropriate corner of your truck based on LHD or RHD.

Shoot, that's very helpful information. I hadn't thought about the fact that AU is RHD.

Huh. I didn't pay attention when I did mine which means they're probably backwards haha. I'll have to look at the tags next time I'm under there.
 
Great shot for comparison! I'm definitely thinking OME is the way to go.
The photo doesn't do it justice. The 862s are much beefier. I weighed mine with a fish scale and they were almost exactly twice as heavy.
 
861 are replacements for the front, 862 are for the rear.

I ordered the 861's and 862's for my Lexus.

If my LX450 is Bone Stock what kind of a lift am I looking at? I don't want a full 2" lift, but I would like maybe an inch or so. I don't have any sort of aftermarket added weight. I also am running Rancho RS5000 shocks on all four corners.

They rate it at something like a 1/2" lift. It will seem more dramatic though since that number is based off new height, not your current sag height.

Awesome, that'll be right about the perfect height I'm wanting. I'm assuming that if I decided to go with springs for a 2" lift that I'd need to upgrade other parts (Steering damper, shocks, brake lines, ect...) to support that much of a lift, correct?

For a 2" lift spring you'd need shocks, and possibly something for castor correction depending on how it drives (every truck is different), brake lines are good till about 3" lift, steering damper is good till it's worn out, lift height really doesn't affect it as much as tire size.

That's really helpful to know and also will save me some $$
