Help needed identifying OME springs (4 Viewers)

So I have no idea what type of lift I have, I've tried searching, and I can't find the numbers I have anywhere.

17" wheels with 31" tall tires for reference. I can take measurements if anybody has information that will help me. The previous owner said it was a 1 inch lift.

First thing you need to do is measure the distance from the bottom of each flare to the center of the hub. With that info you can determine the lift height.
