Just found out my old 4Runner is still alive.
Did you just happen to just stumble upon it, or have you known where it's been?
Can’t remember if I ever told the story and I’ll try to keep it short. I had that truck for almost 15 yrs and towards the end was barely driving it due to work and life. My best friend came into misfortune and needed help so I titled it over to him as he attempted to restart his life in NC. Fast forward a year or so and I find out that he snapped one day after work during a gas station altercation and attempted to run over a guy w/ the truck (actually broke the guys leg). The 4Runner was impounded, my friend ended up going to jail for 36 months and I assumed the rig was gone until I got a call yesterday. At some point it was released while he was in prison and his new wife parked it. Their DD needs major repairs so the 4Runner has been resurrected from the grave. It’s a shame it’s just been sitting for probably the past 4/5 years and disheartening to see the condition.Did you just happen to just stumble upon it, or have you known where it's been?
