The 80 frame is alot beefer than a 60. Taller frame railsdo you notice a difference between the 80 frame and the 60 frame

It's not that it's faraway from the Radiator it's that the fan is low. The blades on the bottom of the fan are inline with the bottom Radiator tank.Would a fan spacer get your fan close enough to the radiator to work? Might be a fast and cheap way to keep the mechanical fan if everything else lines up.

You can use an offset shroud or modify yours to be offset. The fan doesn't have to be in the center of the radiator. A stock 100 shroud is offset and below the bottom tankIt's not that it's faraway from the Radiator it's that the fan is low.
