The 80 frame is alot beefer than a 60. Taller frame rails
Is it thicker as well? Sorry im curious. Your build is bad ass

Made some progress. Using a hj61 air box with a fzj80 lid to feed enough air to the 2uz. It was hitting the head so I section it.

Ordered a aluminum rad. 100 series top rad hose fits too bad the bottom didnt oh well. Real bummer is the clutch fan is way off. Even shrouding it I dont think it would be efficient. So I think the move is to run electric fans.

pulled the body off to fix the rear shock mount and finish rear brake line routing. Looks awsome!

Finished the lines from the master to the frame. This is the first time ive made brake lines. There okay. Oh steering shaft extended.

Would a fan spacer get your fan close enough to the radiator to work? Might be a fast and cheap way to keep the mechanical fan if everything else lines up.

It's not that it's faraway from the Radiator it's that the fan is low. The blades on the bottom of the fan are inline with the bottom Radiator tank.

You can use an offset shroud or modify yours to be offset. The fan doesn't have to be in the center of the radiator. A stock 100 shroud is offset and below the bottom tank
