Frustrating day of fighting with the seats and seatbelts.....someone explain to me why the seatbelt bolts are SAE and not metric? They are all 7/16x20. Two of the seat track bolts are also SAE.
Beat me to it, I went through the same thing. Begs the question, why 11mm?
That seat does look like you side off if it was wet![]()
I could not even find 11mm bolts. But I did chase the threads with a 7/16x20 tap, almost no resistance, so yeah...they are awfully close.

you can tell how far back it leans by where the back sits in comparison to the back window
