I am starting on the headliner install. It has been a long time since I installed a wagon headliner...see how well I remember...

I know with many cars, the headliner bows are numbered, no avoid trying to figure it out, I always pull the old headliner, and swap the bows side by side.

Many headliners come with the centerline already marked...good idea to double check, and mark the center of the rear and front window opening.

Do yourself a huge favor, and install as many screws and bolt underneath the headliner before install, it will make finding and cutting the holes much easier.

On this, I started with the rear most bow, and worked my way forward. This headliner had centerlines marked, so check those as you go. Get the bow in upside down first, then rotate it up into position, carefully running the tabs through the bow tunnels (not the headliner) and bend into place.

Move forward, one bow at a time, center, install, rotate, secure tabs.

Bows secured, it's gonna hang out for a couple days until I can get a extra set of hands to stretch and glue.

good info. i hope to be doing a headliner this summer

Great pictures! I bet the headliner will like to hang out for a few days...

Big progress of the day....Front end is fully installed. All bolts on and tight, fenders as straight as they are going to be. Hood on, and latch works.

Front valence just would not line up on this side. Not much can do about it now.

But, with the grill on, hardly noticable.

Looking like a Pig again

Looks so good... @a1500ram is great guy to deal with super pleased with everything I got from him even wheel humps interior pieces. What did you use to polish emblems?
