Sweet garage! Mortgage rates are ridiculously low right now. Good timing to buy or refi if you can.
Thanks, we are very exited. 3 car attached and 3 detached with high ceiling. Much better than my current one car townhouse garage.

Killer place. Congratulations

That is exactly what I want in our next home. Single-level ranch style (so I can clean the gutters) and a big ole detached garage. Nicely done!

I'm thinking back to all the things my parents WOULDN'T let me do as a teenager, but cleaning the gutters on both the lower AND upper roofs using a single 8' A-frame ladder and a length of rope to hoist it up wasn't one of them.

Update on the axle build. Got the new chromoly birfs on Wednesday, had to do a little more clearancing with the die grinder to make them fit. Did a test fit by installing the spindle and hub and all looked good. The new Aisin hubs slid right on the splines.

Followed OTRAMM’s reassembly video (thanks man!) and did final assembly of the passenger side this morning. Gonna knock out the drivers side this afternoon then fab up some brake lines with new NiCopp.

Took the 200 to take some stuff to the dump. Upon start there was a rough sound as if something was getting hit or having troubling turning but cranked no problem. Fan didn't look to be contacting anything and spinning freely. Belt seemed to be spinning smoothly as well.
Noticed smoke coming out of passenger wheel well, hoping someone might have insight that has a tundra? Here's a pic of where I saw smoke coming from and definitely smelled oil burning.

Doing some digging in the 200 section. Coming up with all the symptoms of a cam tower leak.. pictures matching up to mine as well.

Now to see how long it'll take to figure out that noise or if it was just from something in the bay that shouldn't have been there and gone now.

Ok, so this bad boy is done and ready to go back under the 40. I’ll be wrestling with it by myself tomorrow along with the new OME leaf springs.

Got any tips for installing it? Springs to truck first and then the axle? or attach springs to axle first and then the truck? How would y’all go about tackling this?
