What part was he on?
Past the church/catholic school before Braemar. It was past that little bridge that crosses over the creek. So I pulled him to the pull off for Braemar so he wasn't in the middle of the road when it starts the very slight incline and is a bend

I much prefer the look of my 305's to Sarah's 285's (both on LX450's w/almost the same lift). Glad to see someone else enjoying an extra inch or so.

I like the proportions better. I have always liked a fatter tire, like the old Mickey Thompson's. I think with 305's the power will still be good and will not have to re-gear compared to 315's. This way I have the width but not quite the height. I have some parts on order for it and some good cleaning and it should shine up well. Interior and dash is in great shape. I also like the solid white letters...
 
I agree with @Jakes40 . I have the Lock n Lube setup on a Lincoln 1162 Pneumatic Grease Gun. Greased all of my driveshaft, suspension & steering components. The Lock n lube pneumatic grease gun was about $20-30 more but it comes with the locking zerk coupler.

I love this one. Great for getting into the ujoints and it guarantees the grease will get in there since it depresses the zerk.

Those work great I have one one my Milwaukee grease gun @ work they do take a 2nd hand keep in mind so best on pistol grip grease gun or battery one
 
Not being a dick, although I'm good at it, but for future reference, place the jack under the lower control arm.
Agreed! I thought I’d try out the rock sliders as a jack point. Not with the factory jack. Lesson learned

yea... wasn't the smartest spot to pick. Even the owners manual tells you to jack close to the lower arm lol!
Time for a HiLift on the back so you can lift from your sliders :hillbilly:

@Crusha also to further explain my logic, I wanted to keep the IFS free as I was inspecting for any loose bolts and with the RCI skid I think the front jack point is covered up. Happy to hear thoughts on this. @landwagon as well.

And to further further further clarify the ground was at a weird angle and ai couldn’t get the jack stable any further forward on the frame to be closer to the lower arm.
Maybe this would have been the best spot as circled below?

Thanks but Im pretty sure the factory jack counts as a HiLift /s

I wouldn't recommend using a hilift on asphalt or concrete...
