What all do you replace inside the box besides just the o rings?
>Ball bearings wear down, they have larger ball bearings (30 diff sizes). May need to re-assemble box multiple times to get it "right".
>They test the Power pistons for gpm/psi on bench. If bad, new one will be going in.
>They turn the sector shaft and polish them, then mic them. Add material using a flame spray if below tolerance.

The steering gear box will go through severely inspections while it gets rebuilt. We replace all seal and bearing.

Currently turn time is 2-2.5wks out once we receive the steering gear box and get the proper info need to start the process.
