'raises hand' Please add me to the list, I plan to do the 4plus shackle flip and air bags at the same. Thanks!

Update, I wasn't able to drain the entire block, but the new pump is in place and buttoned back up. I refilled the radiator and burped the system with the engine running and both heaters on/in the heat position until air stopped coming out. I...

Another update, I haven't forgotten about the fuse door panel! Just modeled it now. Sucks not having a 3D scanner but I make due, Before I make any changes to any model I first duplicate it exactly as it is in CAD to have a consistent reference...

Update Orders are coming but I had spotted a design flaw so I'm reproducing all the housings. The USB chargers have a Thermal throttling protocol as to not overheat, with my housing being completely sealed there was no way for heat to escape...

Thanks Mongoose2231, Parts are coming in and its going back together tonight. I'll find a slope or jack up the front during the burp process, I also rented the pressure test tool as well, to confirm it's holding tight. Fingers crossed,

When burping the system, find the steepest incline you can and get the truck pointing up. Run the heat full blast to allow trapped bubbles to move along. I have done this several times with absolutely no issues. Must have heat on otherwise it's a...

Thanks timexlost, I don't have shop air, but will see if I can work something out (EDIT, looks like some other kits come w a hand pump...)

Completely drain the system down and refill it using a vacuum refill kit. If you've got a Harbor Freight around you they have a pretty cheap one that works well. It'll suck the air out of the system and refill it with coolant. Hopefully it was...

Thanks Micruz60, I could hear what sounded like the waterpump vanes spinning down when I opened the hood. There was heat/smoke from the pump area. The rad cap was new. Thanks for the detail on the air bubble/sensor. I wasn't sure how/what was...

All, I was hoping for some perspectives on troubleshooting my 60: Yesterday I installed a new CityRacer radiator (nice stuff) plus the uppper and lower hoses. Filled w new coolant (~3.5 gallons, I did not drain the block), filled the overflow...

This is awesome, amazing work! Also, putting this here before I forget...I had a potential product idea, I have a factory switch where the side mounting/secure tabs have broken off. Could you replicate just the outer frame to swap in?

FWIW, this tidbit about the Power Steering return line filter was posted by Jim C about 15 years ago and I looked into it and he was absolutely right. I run the Magna filter with Amsoil Dex Trans fluid and it made an old noisy stock PS pump work...

I wanted to mention also that I partnered with @c2dfj45 and we're selling these new, top of the line 60 Series hood support kits! Check them out over at These are a super low profile addition that solves the obnoxious OEM hood lift being in the...

Like this a lot. Been meaning to get after this as a project using the previous approaches of bolting to the inner fender, but like your take on it with the mounts on the firewall. Can you post up some info on the kit/installation? Are you using...

I couldn't help myself, Ive never installed all my products for the FJ60 Dash at once before! Here's a simple catalog of what includes some of my more popular items for the FJ60. Not all Items are listed below. Oh and the bezel that everything...

Alright, Ive tested these with a DC power supply and these will charge your phone from 9v all the way up to 24V so these are FJ,HJ,BJ compatible. I'm waiting on more USB boards now to start fulfilling orders This USB pictured below is just the...

Added a small fold down table with what I ad in the garage… consider it a prototype for the eventual steel one. I just wanted to get some use-time on one to figure out what I want. The main purpose is to have a good place for the water Jerry can.

Finally got the first USB ports in for the FJ60 USB charger! These should be able to handle a range of voltages from 9V to 24V.

Some updates, the Etsy Store is officially and permanently closed! All operations have been moved to our new website! https://cruiserhead.com/ Currently I'm working on a fuse panel door for the FJ60, who knows maybe I can shove a Carling switch...

Also on the light front, we just made a new pair of stainless steel mounts for our upgraded fog lamps so they can mount on stock bumpers cleanly. These use the factory bumper bolts so it makes the install super easy and no drilling of the bumper...

Those are the standard euro side markers. Stick out a bit. I have a pair on my FJ62 :). Maarten at cruiserworld.eu is a good source for them. Nice units. You can retrofit them on our US spec rigs easy.

Interesting side marker too!? Or just the angle of the photo? Euromarket only? Looks different than the JPN one I’ve seen from Vintageteqparts…

Over the last week or so, I’ve restored the center console, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. Lots of sanding, painting, wets sanding, and more painting. After testing several colors and settling on a less than perfect...
