What size tires are you running on the 42?

TIA.

Here's how it looks now with a little $$ and time invested. The drive to work is only 5 miles.

Big fan of your cruiser. Love the "old-school" look right down to the factory seats. Did it come as factory soft-top and is that a Phaki-top?

Yes it's a Paki top, Olive canvas, and believe it or not it is gloss paint (Nason's). I guess the dust and the fact that I still have to buff it out makes it look flat.

Guess I could've figured that out by reading your sig line . Great looking rig - I have major cruiser envy... I'll have to call my doctor if it doesn't go away in 4 hours.

Firefly,

Any pics of the resto? Great looking rig. I really like it with the hub caps. Do you ever put the hard top on it? Any photos of that?

Cheers,

Josh

Nice pictures Travis. The Mustang (?) next to you looks like it right out of a Road Warriors movie.

Leaping Deer,

I think that is a Ford XB GT Falcon. Aussie made American muscle.

Travis,

How do you get away with driving a car in Australia without a front number plate? I got pulled over because my front number plate was partially covered with mud and the cameras could not see the whole thing. Very nice truck, by the way.

Travis that is one of the neatest cleanest looking utes ive ever seen love the chrome work
how come it has no quarter windows in the doors, is that std?

Thanks for the kind words guys.

Leaping Deer - Its an old ford as used in the movie MAD MAX 2. It was filmed around the Silverton Area hence it now lives out the front of the Silverton Pub.

Tross - Bingo mate :)

HJ47 - Exactly! Front and rear number plates are there i just remove them digitally before posting any photos of my vehicles online. Ive also been fined by the police for having ONE character on my number plate obscured by my MTB on the back of a previous car... $150 and 3 points what a bloody joke!

Clint - THANKS.
I can only assume the car is standard everything else is std. I love the quarter windows tho!

My mates 1978 shorty 40 in my top photo has the same doors / windows so again i assume it was an option or standard here.

Travis.
