As noted any 79+ hub will fit. With a heavy 80 build I'd seriously consider and recommend a HD hub build, i.e. AISIN with HD internals such as our smooth bodies.

If black isn't your dial preference, we have other colors too!

Bump. We've shipped out a few dozen of the part-time conversion kits and loose t-case spools. Feed back has been a bit on the quiet side, I'd love to hear how they are working out

I was under the impression the spool replaced the transfer case diff simply locking it and spinning both drive shafts.

With the spool your front shaft won't be under power (spinning) until you engage the CDL button, it now becomes your 4WD button.

I just watched an install on YouTube. I am new to the fj80 I just picked one up on Sunday as a replacement for my fj62 that was totaled. I have never seen the inside of the case. Now it all makes sense I was thinking the locker was in the diff now I understand the function. I will be calling you for a kit real soon!

Say when, we would love to help! :D

I will be ordering mine soon. I talked to Bryce last week and just have to pin down my ABS reluctor rings and relocate kit.

Drivelines came back today with cv and it still has a little shake when do you open in the morning?

8:30, we can ship tomorrow for delivery as soon as Wednesday too!

I will be doing this one of these days, but I am not really interested in replacing the front axle's. Do the instructions have the spec to get the second groove machined?
