Add mine to the pile.

37s with a 2.5” lift stuffed good in the cut wheel wells. Still need to get my rear bump stops dialed in. Only Rubbed once last weekend. finally got some used 3/8” longer lower links and adjustable uppers off @jcardona1 installed which helped quite a bit.

need to lower it 1-2 inches and trim the fenders. this was immediately after the lift, shocks, caster plates, and tires.. much different than when i bought it lol

So when did They start making a 37" SX2?
That's awesome.
I went to the wesite & it reads the 37x12 comes in 15, 16 & 17 inch rim sizes. O.D. is 37.2"

Not sure @GW Nugget but I’ve always been a fan of them for our trails here. Had them about 6 months. Lots of sharp shelf rock here in our creek beds. I ran 36 12.50 15 SX’s before with spacers to clear the rear disks before this because I had them from another cruiser. These are 37 12 17 tall skinny’s! On a battleborn Beadlock with 3.5 backspace.

I run 6psi in the back and 9psi up front so I can still steer. They stick as good as I’d want with stock axle shafts. Heavy combo for sure. I don’t let them spin and catch on anything...

It'd be great if FN would put all their wheels and available sizes on their website. :bang:

Whats the backspacing on yours?

17x8.5 -6mm offset. Still says 4.5 inch backspacing. Only the left front tire would barely kiss the mud flap, not the fender flare. So I took the mud flaps off.

I’ve tried flexing and turning on everything. But with the sway bars attached it isn’t fxxxing anything up yet.

Do you have any flat ground pics so we can see the stance & how they fit in the trimmed fenders?

Unflexy.

Wheeled a familiar trail on the 4” Dobinson Flexi. I am so over trying to trim lift height - so much more capable with the extra clearance.

Baby is getting new shoes - 37x12.5/17 Cooper STT Pro.

Those ko2 sure did work at 15 psi, but she’s not doing family hauling duty anymore and it was time to go back to a more aggressive tire.

@Nay , I see your rig is showing some character dents... no more family duty is showing you getting more aggressive behind the wheel Eh?
So, your not going back to the TrXus tire?

Those dents are courtesy of the nice woman in the Mercedes SLK who thought yellow meant green and turned in front of me without ever looking.

I’m not going to take an 80 up to the damage mandatory class of trail, which is why I’ll never 3-link or any of that, but my older sons and their friends are wheeling now so a lot more trail time and fewer highway miles = MT time again.

I was sorely tempted to try the KM3 in the new 39” size since the ko2 runs so small it seemed like it would probably be a 38, but I’m not hacking my rig and potentially messing up my perfect suspension balance. That’s a 10” travel shock.

It’s hard to overstate how good the ko2 has been. Ice, dragging it frame deep in a blizzard until all four where spinning in idle, 43K miles and still crawling like a champ with 7/32 tread depth remaining, still quiet and riding like new, never needing a rebalance.

I just can’t go back to Trxus and the lateral balance challenges and other wear issues as they age - modern tires have made unbelievable advances.

I’d have pulled the trigger on the ko2 again or the 37” KM3 if not for the size issues. I can run a Cooper and go back up nearly an inch in tire size on a 37.

This is the Cooper AT3 on the same rim with the weight off the ko2 so there isn’t the mounted v. unmounted height issue. Even giving back 1/4 for tread wear, the Cooper is nearly 3/4 taller.

New ko2 vs. Trxus with 30K.

So it’s time to move on with a tire less about tread life and more about wheeling, but still as modern as you can get in all the technology advances. And actually a 37.

Nay - can you post a pic of your truck sitting on level ground with the 4" Dobis on it now?

Just curious what is the actual height on the 37 sx measure out too?

This is a great suspension for a lighter weight crawler. I have the spare 37, spares (axle shafts, etc) and basic tools in the back so 200 lbs or so.

The rear coil is just nailed in how much control and stability it provides, but it does make a smallish 37 look....smallish. I took this pic at this angle to make the tires look bigger.

Edit: found a better one that really shows the lift. I usually ass drag around on more technical trails and never made departure angle contact once yesterday.

STT Pro installed. KO2 for the roof rack ride.

My son is taking a gap year after high school and working out our local discount tire, so he got to mount and balance them. :hillbilly:

Amazing things !! like the pictures a lot,
2.5" I have the same ones.
Thanks man!!, now i know, 2.5 brackets and 6" correction control arms... i think i need a few more degrees of caster, after reading the advice from @LandCruisinMy93 is exactly what happens

CASTER, You all likely need more of it if you're having wobble issues. When running larger tires like the 37"+ you should be running more caster. If you don't have enough you get a shimmy, and your vehicle doesn't track well down the road unless its freshly paved. Then you hit a pothole on the freeway and you're on the shoulder before you realize it, or if you're running Mighty Meats (40" +) and really don't have enough you get death wobble. It feels like taking a ride in the Sherwin Williams Paint shaker when braking or accelerating out of the braking.

i'm finishing the Harmonic Balancer and oil pump seal replacement, i guess a few people here watched the @Texasknowhow video on youtube. i'm doing exactly the same, after that i will take care of the caster, i'l be putting some pictures,

mean while, this is me when i used 35" on my previous ride when i used to compete, Mud around and cruise the mountains
