That is p/n 58153-60030. Good luck on finding one. I know the guy that supposedly got the last one!
Yea, I read about that bastid getting the last one in your other thread.:flipoff2:

Give me a call if you run in to a dead end finding one.;)
You are a true friend. I have a saved search on eBay and I have started looking around for local parts trucks. I will keep you posted.

@smittycrusher , what brand of exhaust is this? I might be interested.. been looking at replacing the entire system, looking at the Pacemaker Headers but I've only found one place in the U.S. that has them. Extreme Landcruisers. Quoted me $900 headers only.

NVM, saw the link to Genie..

Used usually aren't too hard to find. Check Mud Classifieds?

I went the borla/ magna flow route which was a heck of a lot cheaper than replacing the stock system. I like it a lot. It all pieced together quite nicely with minimal modification by my mechanic. We just plugged the bungs since I don't need them and the rest is history. Great quality and it sounds nice.

Should be here in the next week or so. I actually started pb blasting stuff today. Thankfully my truck is a CA/GA only truck and I have very minimal rust.

Hopefully I will have it on and functioning in a couple of weeks.

How important is the heat shield when going over the frame? I just did an over the frame exhaust without one. Not so much worried about the floor heating up but how close it runs by the tcase wiring.

Sub'd :smokin:

I'm still waiting to hear how that over the frame routing went for you. That was my goal with the Genie headers but I couldn't make it happen and neither could the shop I ended up taking it to.

I did not notice any wiring close to my "over the frame" exhaust. I thought the transfer wiring was on top of the case?

There are a few differences between the harnesses over the years but i didnt notice any close wires on my 95 either except the rear o2 sensor that needs to be secured away from pipe.

wonder how similar it is to the pacemaker headers and king brown exhaust system I got out of Australia a couple years ago for mine, you do need to add a bung to get the second o2 sensor goes over the frame a few times
EDIT looks like the headers are at the very least the same

I'm sure I could get u a used heat shield here in junction if ya want it that bad

This is going to be an interesting topic, results. Unless the owners of this mod pony up for dyno before and after, not sure if we'll get objective results. Seat of the pants will be all we'll get. Then again, these are 20+ rigs, so not having a rusty POS exhaust barely hanging on maybe plenty for most folks.
