Upcoming planned projects: Install Mile Marker Hydraulic Winch, Stainless Brake Lines, Tailgate Storage Kit by Trail Tailor, E-Locker Retrofit from 94 80 to Zippy, Sub-tank Install, Oh crap bar for Passenger Side, and Cloth Seats from a 91 80 to Zippy.

Last summer in Colorado, at some point I deleted the fender flares and spent a few months finding plastic plugs that fit every hole left in the body. Temporary fix for now.

Taking longer than expected because of having to take parts off of the old leather seats but should have "new" cloth seats installed by the end of the week. Will post up when all are installed in truck.

Progress is slow on this install with removing all the hardware and putting it on the cloth seats. The issue that has arisen is that the one completed 2nd row seat doesn't currently latch to the floor.

Also today was able to go pick this up from UPS, safely made it from the United Kingdom. Now to figure out all the necessary steps to setting this up in Zippy. Just received the circuit from George as well. Thanks @chapel gate

Not as much fun as trying to install the seats but my head will thank me later. New struts for the rear hatch and hood. Also finished up the other second row seat and it also doesn't latch to hold the seat down so need to figure that one out still….

2nd row seats now fully installed just took some aggressive persuasion to get them to finally latch but now they actually seem to work every time if slammed down into place. Now need to figure out the seat belt issue on the front seats. Does anyone have pictures of a 91 or 92 seat belt and how it attaches to the floor? Does it have a captive nut that a 93 and older does not have or is there a bracket that I need to source. Stupidly did not think of this when I obtained the seats.

Seats don't match interior color but until such time as I can either get them all reupholstered it will work. For the time being will mostly hide the tan houndstooth behind these gray towel seat covers with Toyota badging. This completes manual cloth seat switch for the time being.

Pulled the ps pump off of the 94 to get the gear off to install on new ps pump for Zippy… Harbor freight being the only place here that I could find a 17 mm 12 point impact socket to remove nut holding gear.

@half k cruiser I am working towards the winch install with the work on the power steering, just to make sure my idea for hose routing and getting new hydraulic hose made isn't completely crazy here is my plan and how does it compare to yours. Starting at the banjo portion of the hydraulic hose get a new hose made using that port to length on port of winch, then from winch have the other high pressure hose run re using the elbow into the steering gear box, then run the low pressure hose to the cooler that I got from @2fpower then from the cooler to the reservoir and from the reservoir back to the pump.

Dropped off hoses and connectors today at local hydraulic shop today to make some custom pieces for the winch install, hopefully I measured correctly. Should be ready tomorrow for pickup.

Ok I picked up the hydraulic hoses that I had made today so hope to install new ps pump and mile marker winch into Zippy tomorrow will post pictures of that little project as it goes.

Ok more pictures of putting in the new ps pump on the 80 in preparation of installing the mile marker winch...
