This is not my thread so i dont really know. I think ACC in Atlanta was working on the project. They are an amazing shop in Atlanta. I think they started looking into developing some of there own exhaust or expanding on this system? Not really sure. There is a thread in the vender section with some details.

Yessir, read that one. It has been completed and is on sale now. I’m just wondering if anyone has installed a set yet and what their impressions are. Looks like good stuff.

Interesting subject needs a proper resurrection for sure.
As far as CA residents are concerned: Correct me if I'm wrong but as long as you have your O2 sensors and cats in the proper location your able to pass CA smog inspection with headers. At least that was the case on my 1982 22r with a doug thorley header.
Hopefully Supreme Ruler Gavin didn't create an SB law combating the use of headers

Another bump. @smittycrusher how’s your 80 doing these days?
It is still going strong with over 350k miles. The headers did make a noticeable difference and I am happy I did it. It is unfortunate that there doesn't seem to be anything available in the US at this time. I am hoping to throw in a new short block and turbo at some point and hope that I can keep these headers with the turbo. Haven't researched it that much yet.

After Contacting Dugan @ ACC he told me his manufacture still has the plans for the header and gave me their contact number. Dugan said the labor cost got too expensive for him.
I think it would be cheaper to import some Pacemaker Headers
