Additional Info:

1. Rear has an ARB locker, also comes with factory gear assembly.

2. Will finance: 50% down, balance divided over 12 months. Requirements: a) you have a job and b) you have a well known/established MUD member that is willing to vouch for you and assume responsibility if you decided to change your name/move to Mexico.

So...I’m all-in on the RestoMod build and will be parting ways with quite a few new OEM parts, as well as a few unicorn NOS parts, and a slew of OEM used parts.

This will include parting out my rolling chassis setup.

I’m hoping to get this done within the next 2 weeks...Sooner if someone “kidnaps” me & forces me to miss work, neglect family responsibilities, but allows me to check in with my parole officer

Will post here once I have everything itemized with parts #’s, pics, & descriptions when applicable.

After the last fiasco you dealt with for the parts sale you need to make sure it’s extra hard for people to decode.

Or just list it all on eBay and post the link on mud to be done with whatever bickering might happen.

Appreciate the kind words and thank you for jarring my memory - actually forgot about that fiasco.

Truth be told - I brought a lot of drama on myself during that time period.

Focused now and pretty sure I've experienced the majority of 'life stressors' any one person should shoulder. . .finger's crossed.

My build makes me a little nervous b/c I've made some decisions that will exclude a lot of potential buyers if I were to decide to sell her at some point. But I'm building it for me and what I want. . .armchair opinions matter not and they can stuff those unsolicited opinions down their pie holes, I'll happily assist if needed =)

Rolling chassis under construction at the moment - should be a beauty when she's completed.

Paint & body is settled, headed that was shortly (4-6wks).

Interior is coming together - can't make my mind up regarding keeping the 60 dash, swapping to a 62 dash, or having a custom hybrid fabricated.

Door hardware & fabric, done. Headliner material, done. Carpet, done. Floor mat material, done. Seat insert material, done. Center console - concept is done, just need to find a fabricator to materialize from idea -> finished product.

Unicorns I'm chasing: Custom front headlight surrounds to match the grille Wizard made me, making a short-throw shifter for the H55, and deciding to mod the rear taillights & front/rear marker lights.

It'll be an interesting journey and one that I'll enjoy once completed. But for now. . .the anxiety of the decisions is killing me!

OEM rear qtr slider frames are at the powder coater, as well as Trail Tailor's front/rear vents.

Meeting a fab guy next week to see if he can fab up some headlight surrounds to match the grille I purchased from Lizard

I tend to gravitate toward the difficult! It’s an idea, really to help me incorporate the center console I want vs what will work with the current throw of the H55. Don’t know who to ask but I’ll start with a friend of mine that is an engineer/fabricator...but also being fully prepared for the ‘r u fckn crazy’ comment I usually get from him

Sure, the concept for a shorter throw is simple. Executing it is another story, I know how I'd try it but it would involve making permanent mods to the top cover and shifter handle.

In process of listing multiple new/NOS and used parts in classified sections.

interior door parts coming together: Leo Grande pulls and Machined Speed window cranks, both already purchased. Windows being converted to electric, purchased the shorter handles without the knob to serve as a up/down lever, not a traditional crank lever. Working with a fabricator on a flared armrest for front driver/passenger doors, rear doors will have a more traditional armrest, considering something like the 3rd picture (from radfabaz.com).

Sliding rear cargo frames back from powder coating, reassembly to start post arctic temps.

Center console design and lower dash still pending final drivetrain decision.

Door pulls will require attachment point fabrication, either post or thread, depending on final location.

Cranks match up perfectly. May have to move the clip pending final panel thickness.

Depending on what J convinces me of on the engine/tranny swap, the center console is going to be the master piece of the interior.

Slow going but not compromising on my initial vision of this build...
