Missing hardware - Should this be a pin or a bolt?

Does anyone with factory cable locker experience know if this should be a bolt or a pin?

After my laborious labor day working on my rear locker that has never worked. I found some parts from the Titanic in the spring actuator area, dusty, rusty and seized with no hope of recovery. I am wondering if anyone has used the Downy cable conversion and what do you think of it? http://www.downeyoff-road.com/ChassisComponents/index.htm

Shhhh . . . It takes a special level of stupidity to accomplish this. Not sure I want everyone to know how dumb I am. As if most of you dont already know.

I’ve only gotten as far as getting the lines and the handles. Still chasing the trim cover for the handles and of course, the cable locking diff.

Anyone reading this have bits they’re looking to get rid of? For a future build.

Parking brake cable where it attaches to the bellcrank has a clevis, bet that would work.
