Adding the clutch throwout arm/bearing. Ran into an issue when I realized I had a internal slave cylinder version of the NV4500. So I had to buy a new bearing retainer with a nose that the throwout bearing could ride on

Hello,What parts did you use for the power windows and power locks modifications?
What diameter is your front drive shaft???Gas tank and drive shafts. Obviously I need a new oil pan. I've ordered an aluminum one from Cummins. I'll do some mods to it when it arrives

I'm thinking of trying a 2" or smaller hoping that will clear the oil pan. I 'm pretty sure with the aluminum pan you have to relocate the dip stick from driver side to the passenger side where a lot of stuff is in the way and not much to attach to.
Yes if you have pics please send them. Please let me know if the dip stick can remain on drivers side and I order mine. I can always have the aluminum pan modified and TIG welded to clear driveshaft if needed. Sean thought his aluminum pan would clear driveshaft without modifying. Let me know what you find out.I think it's about 2.5" maybe 3"?
Also! The oil pan I got has dip stick receivers on BOTH SIDES. I just looked at Sean's and he's got both spots for the stick.. They must have changed the design since the last casting.. I think. I'll check tonight
If you need pics of my oil pan or exact measurements on the drive shaft let me know and I'll send them over

Please let me know aboiut that oil pan as soon as you can, Cummins is terrible about running out of product. Right now the dipstick for the aluminum pans is "Out of Stock".Hey man,
I just emailed you some pics. Hopefully I'll be fitting the oil pan soon so I can let you know if the dip stick works on both sides. If anyone else needs pics of the aluminum oil pan let me know
