I also had to buy new bolts for the compressor. I just got a couple 8.8 grade bolts. I think 100 mm length. M12s maybe..?

Fittings are #10 and #8 from Vintage Air. I used a 45 degree (with fill valve) for the #8 and a 90 degree for the #10 fitting.

If you want to try and save money on the AC manifold I'll help you in whatever way I can. You need anything MIC'd or better pics let me know!

Ah, you had the t slots on that radiator so you could reposition the drier! I'm thinking I will need to make a bracket for it or mount it on the inner fender.
 
My plan is get as much as possible done (probably not the hardtop since I have to stretch it) heating, ac, power steering wiring, fuel, bumpers.

Then I know MOST of the cutting and changing will have to be behind me.
Great, just ordered from Torfab. Are the hoses you are using those in the Vintage Air kit???

Ok cool. I complain about the Torfab thing, but it definitely makes things easy.
The vintage air guy I used knew that my application was a bit different from the straight FJ40 conversion they sell. So he left the hoses from the evaporator open ended. I just asked him for the 45 and 90 connections after I installed the AC manifold. Here's another picture with the hoses labelled

Thanks, I'll have to get Vintage Air to make my hoses up nobody I know of in Waco can do it.

Center console stuff. It's got window control, heated seat switches, inverter, rear heated seat switch, and usb charging ports. And it's also the port for my sub woofer

^ Nope. Double-cardan goes at the transfer case side. He was thinking put the slip yoke up high to keep it away from road debris or obstacles, but the DC joint needs to be on the transfer case end.

Really, I've never heard that before. Do you know why it has to go on the transfer case side?
 
In a DC setup, the rear pinion points at, or slightly above, the transfer case output. This is done to keep the lower u-joint straight, and allow the angle to be taken up by the double cardan joint. If you have the double cardan joint at the bottom, then it's straight, or close to it, and not doing its job.
 
Body off the frame. I had to sand blast the frame at a friend's place cause my compressor can't handle the work load.
