Go reverse orientation like in pic #3. Looks great!

That looks great! I also like the reverse orientation the best.

The 45 is looking better and better each time i get back to this thread. I hope the 12ht is treating you well.

Mark

That looks fantastic. The Voyager looks like a really good quality item. Engel/ARB style fridge, a water tank and stove and you'll be set to undertake some serious missions. P.S. Almost forgot to include an espresso/coffee machine.

You guys never cease to amaze me with your attention to detail!
Thank you for the compliments!

Dan and Mark I will definitely be mounting it in the reverse direction.

Mark the 12HT is still perfoming wonderfully !

Ben the RTT is actually an iKamper Skycamp. I have a stove/kitchen on the way. I am considering a fridge and a shower. Mulling over plans for an extra fuel cell/water tank. I hadn't thought about expresso machine, good call mate! I do like my coffee!!

Peter I almost ordered the Satin black version but it was a $250.00 upgrade (the only color choice with an upcharge). But I like the contrast of the black and blue. Sometimes you can get too much of a good thing. The bed rack will be covered in black canvas. I'm hoping with everything on the bed in black it will maintain the aesthetics of the truck.

Nolan, roger that!

A little more progress. John has the high lift mount mocked up.

Assembly of the bed rack is complete. I’ll pick it up from the fabricator this afternoon and then it is off to blasting and powder coating. I’m very pleased with the entire job but I think the Hi-Lift mount is especially awesome!

Very nice.

Hard to see...but it looks like it's secured by a couple bolts on those rear posts...and maybe a couple more at the front of the bed side?

- Brian

Brian you are correct. There are 3 bolts on each side at the front where the headache rack was installed being used to secure the front. There are 2 holes on each side at the rear stake pockets I’m using to secure the rear. These holes were designed to secure the optional wooden bedside extensions. No extra holes were made the secure the entire rack. This was one of my major design objectives.

Looks great! Cant wait to see it all finished

Mike you going to make it to the Carolina Relic Run next month with Sampson?

I'll be there convoying it over with 3 other guys in Lucille

I would sure like to go but next month is going to be crazy at work for me. I will have see what my schedule looks like when it gets closer to time for the event .

Brett the rack is about 150 lbs and the RTT weighs 150 lbs. I think the extra weight will make the 45 ride very nicely.
