Trim those rear wheel wells, not much clearance there. And for sure leave the bezel alone, except maybe paint it black.

I have never cut rear fenders and I never will. We are getting proper wheels for this truck....something very very special. Will post up when they arrive. Going to do a KM2 All Terrain like the wagon has. 16" wheels.

Ha....bezel is off and already at powdercoat.

The 16" wheels that CityRacer sells are very cool. That will be my backup plan. I was considering Wheel Vintiques or something. I would really like a 16x7. The 5.5' wheels are a little narrow for the 33x10.50s IMO. I watch the tread patterns after I drive my wagon in out out of the shop....only the very center of the tread hits the parent. My 71 has 15x8s on it and they fully contact the road....much more stable than my LV. Wagon is totally different set up but it bothers me to have such a small contact patch.

My 79 got a Satoshi style grill....kind of cool looking. Not sure I like it. Kind of bro looking which is too bad but in a way, it really looks right at home on the truck.

What became of the red 45?

The red 45 is waiting its turn to get its 3FE sorted out. Needs to be gone thru, new harness made, etc. Kind of a light mechanical resto. I'm getting spoiled by how refined these 3FEs are becoming in the trucks. This one was an early one and a Cruiserparts.net one....the harness for it was a joke. I use it for hauling landscape stuff around. It's a bit of a workhorse.

You know, I started a thread on that one and never followed thru. At least I think I started a thread....we did that one a long time ago. It's not very impressive....which is why I want it redone.

Filled the truck up with gas after the 'incident' with the gas cap last week....this made me laugh. I feel like I'm getting old now and I have to have my guys help me with simple things I might forget.
