Chris, I recall you used ceramic coating on your windshield. Would you still recommend it and if so, what brand did you use? I’m back in the US and have access to more shopping now.

I have used 2 different coatings on 3 of my trucks....the LV, a LX570 and my LC79. They help keep the windshield cleaner but that's about it. I'm going to have my detail guy apply his "professional" coating to the windshield of the LC79 to see how it does. Honestly, RainX was better than the ceramic stuff. Maybe I didn't install it properly or I didn't get enough on them. Seems weird that they don't do as much as I would assume that they would.

I need to get you that part number for the rear door weatherstrip that we found for the LV.....nice stuff.

Thanks Chris, I’m back to the wiper dilemma then. Please do let me know about the weatherstripping for the back door. I’m around for the next 2 weeks before heading back to Kenya. I did order some generic ones from Steele, but will not brake the bank.

Finally finished my door panels and window cranks/door levers.

I have a good friends kid 3D printing me up some covers for the 2 oval access holes. I had one good one that he used for reference.

Punch list is very very short right now......

I was planning on having him do a few of them. I'm sure we'll need them. The first batch wasn't so good....so I had him redo them. Haven't seen the revisions. He's a kid so I can't be too disappointed like I am with most of my other subs. Ha.

Decided I wanted a cream colored wheel on the LV....really digging it. Might put the hubcaps back on at some point. Might not.

Fun to see a truck with more rust than a Land Cruiser...this C10 has some serious rot! Sure looks cool though.
