Had the ONSC December trip to Uwharrie to close out the 2011 wheeling season. Blew a motor mount and split the shock mount welds on the PS frame rail. The ONSC crew is awesome and hanging out with them is always a blast

Stupid tire still rubs even with the carved up fender.

Mike thinking that it's not such a bad place to take a nap.

I'm going to buy this and adhere it to my cruiser. I feel it's appropriate.

Ended up finishing clean up at about 8:20 tonight after a long day in the shop. Got the rockers chopped, got the body prepped, masked and painted. I am SUPER impressed with this Raptor liner stuff. It's real easy to mix and shoot, has great coverage and has great texture. We used 3 bottles to do the bottom and used 4 bottles to do the white. It looks AMAZING! I've got to spray the doors this week so that they're ready to install on Saturday.

Thank you to Mike, Eric and Garrett for coming to help out! A HUGE thank you to Darin for helping and making all of this possible!

Tool of the century; the rotisserie. Made all of this extremely easy.

Next week we will be stripping, prepping and assembling the new body onto my rolling chassis, then dicing up my old body. It will be a lot of work, but it will be a lot of fun!

Amen to that! Darin at Canucks Cruisers has just about every tool in his shop and massive amounts of cruiser knowledge. He's the man.

Nope. I've seen a number of builds that kept them open and a number of builds where they were capped. I chose to keep the rockers open and sealed it all up with Raptor liner. Mike's build ( Family Haulin' ) was the final convincing example that capping the rockers is not needed.
