Anything look off here? I'm still not convinced my suspension is functioning as intended, so just trying to check things off in the proper order. No current codes were thrown. Have recently done globes, fluid, sensor lifted front, and alignment. Dealer said no issues at 95k service and about to do 100k.

Yes, you have a problem in your RL corner...

BTW TS is trash in freedom units. Switch to metric if you actually want to know whats going on in there.
Nothing on the platform was designed around inches. When you switch, you may see that RL normalize a bit due to poor rounding.

Yes, 285/75R17 Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT. Looking back, I see 35psi is what was prescribed for this tire+vehicle combo, but I've been running 38psi for some reason. Will test a range of pressures and see if anything changes.

Yeah, when I got my 35s I ran 35 or 36 psi. This was ok as far as temps went, and rode well. Lately it was feeling a bit porpoisey. I overfilled on an air up to 40, and the porpoise was gone. Seems my sidewalls are more compliant now 15000 miles in.

I feel like I know the answer to this question but I'll feel better if I throw it out there anyway. Can I just adjust the front slightly to get closer to level, get an alignment and drive it? I'd rather not get into techstream if I can help it. Would like to run a slightly larger AT tire, I understand the AHC adjustment doesn't effect that but I'd like just a little more height up front just for looks (yes I said it... for looks).

I did a 1" sensor lift + ahc fluid flush a few months ago and it's been fine. I just added a front Dissent bumper + winch and now my ahc doesn't always register in "H" on the display when going to high mode.

My plan now is to do front spacers and replace the globes (current original globes with 110k). For the rear should I just do spacers or swap out the rear DS spring with a rear PS spring or both? @AnyMal any thoughts on this since you might be the only who has done this spring swap? Or would it be better to just get the Terrain Tamer rear springs.

My current extra weight mods are: Dissent front bumper, Superwinch SX12SR, Slee step sliders, Sherpa roof rack, and Reef drawers loaded with tools and recovery gear. Planning on getting a rear bumper, fridge and a 100ah lifepo4 battery in the rear next year.

Hey sorry ive been on vacation and kind of lazily catching up.

Ideally you should upgrade the springs instead of any preload bushings in the rear.
The base ahc configuration plus a balanced rear spring can already carry a fairly high load and with the upgrade you will be restoring some height as well instead of reducing compression. Not that anyone has truly calculated any of the modded spring rates, or even have a proper measure of all the options.

Depending on how many people you are also carrying it wouldn't hurt to upgrade beyond the LX spec springs in either case to de-load AHC and restore maximum dynamic damping capability. Where that ends up is a balance between your laden/unladen load management, comfort and any height adjustment you will be making later on. Since you have done the lift AND you are loading up i recommend it 100%.

As far as H not locking in, In order to get your ECU to properly register all height modes you will need to dig a bit into the sensors and do your best to match them by hand via techstream readouts. Definitetly do the front spacers ( like i will soon as my warranty is up) and If i were in there already, i would take out the sensors and see if they are reading within range. A large Left/Right discrepancy will cause gremlins in all modes just like you are witnessing.

The system does not want to add pressure to an already laden shock if there is any indication to the ECU that the load or "height" is off camber given a zero g sensor reading. IE if on flat ground and one wheel is lower than the other due to compression, it will spare that shock from over-pressurizing to lift.

ask @TeCKis300 for his handy spring rate research but to make the best choice we need to confirm the oem rears and i highly suspect some trial and error and test driving on your end will be needed to get it exactly how you like. If you do do rears, at 110k, get a matching new set for both.

Did the sensor lift on both fronts on my 2011 LX but the front driver side sits a little over 3/4" lower than the passenger side. Tried to use HOU in techstream v12 on perfectly level ground but no matter how many times I increase the LF I can't get it to change. I know some variation is normal but the difference is enough to immediately be apparent. Anything else I should try?

You ever get your front leveled out? I'm seeing the same... just about 1/2" driver lower for me. Haven't messed with it in techstream yet.

Keeping stock height: Extra static load to Ahc equipped vehicles is levied by replacing with stiffer Springs. If the extra load exceeds 1500 lbs then you would need to install bigger struts. No stiffer ride, no degrades in feel or performance.

Simple physics.

Took measurements in park with vehicle off before, then after the lift, I drove it around, put it in High mode, dropped it back down, then parked in same spot and shut it off. After measurements were exactly 1/4” higher. Is that all I get?

Did you max out the adjusters? If so, then yes unless you want to max out Techstream adjustment or make your own brackets. Any chance someone already did a lift before you got it?

I maxed out the sliding adjusters. Exactly the way the video described. @SharpeCat the adjusters were mid-way when I first saw them, so I guess they were halfway there. Or maybe the middle is where they start from stock. Oh well. Not looking for a huge lift, as it’s the wife and kids daily driver, just thought it would raise an inch or so.

In theory it should lift about double how much ever you slid the adjusters. Might give it a day and measure again. Can you still get into high mode without issue?

Adjusted front and rear today. Took 5 mins. Picked up 1.25” front and .5” rear.

Did this prior on my 2006 100. The system is much smoother now.

Ok glad I am not he only one, when I did mine rear was also already halfway up. Maybe that is how it comes stock?

Difference from lowest to highest should be 1.25 from manual sensor adjustment? So if it starts at half you should get .625? So people saying .5” are probably not off.

It’s hard for me to look back to confirm but hope the instructions are still good; I almost forgot about the video (15 mins of editing/my first Adobe rush trial, didn’t think it would get more than 100 views total from mud). I really miss that little guy in the beginning, and really glad to see it’s helping some of you guys like I initially wanted.

I plan on making another video later this year and I’ll note the stock position for rear.

She’s getting 34sx12.5 put on this weekend!! So the sensor lift is very relevant right now; thanks @grinchy for guiding me through tires and spacers, I can almost feel the gray hairs turning black again now that I’m done with tires lmao

Anyone have any pics of a 16-21 with the sensor lift? Everything I’ve seen so far and read have been pre 15. Curious if there’s anything different to do on my 17 and what it’ll look like
