What is this?

This one is for Delancy. A very nicely done mount just like I would expect a complete package from Slee! Can't wait to get them mounted up.

It is a graph plotting throttle position, rpms, boost and intake air temps. It shows that even with my current intercooler that intake air temps quickly go up during boost. I certainly can send you a copy but it isn't directly applicable to your truck, but it does show that when boosting air temps certainly need to be managed. I would love to see this same data on a TRD truck without an intercooler it has to get quite hot and I imagine it's why the parts shaman did meth injection, to cool the intake air.

Would love to see a higher-res version of this since I can't read it. Especially since I'm one of those guys running SC without the IC :D

It is the reservoir backet for the Slee front shocks , Delancy was asking for a picture of it because he had a similar setup.

To keep this somewhat techy, talking to both Garrett and Bell the original intercooler should have been able to handle the heat load if it was one of their cores. Garrett specs about 0.4in3 per crank hp and Bell was just slightly higher at around 0.45in3. They think the core I have at 202in3 if using a good core would be good for 600hp but I am seeing elevated IAT's at under 500hp, so frozenboost cores are just not great at heat exchange. The new core I went with is 410in3 so using Garrett's and Bell's numbers should be good for 900-1000hp if the rest of the system supports it so I should have a lot of safety buffer zone.

Got the truck a new - old stablemate today. I was kind of looking for a car to beat around town in and I had had a GX470 in the past but it just sat and the LX got driven so this time I weighed out all the things I thought were important to me....

Nope! That lasted 900 miles, it was like the car that did everything Ok but nothing great.

Just picked up a low mile mint 2006 LX430, very happy with it and dare I say better built than the LX ;)

Economical? Lol. None of your cars fall into that category for me, but then I suppose an H1 gets slightly better fuel economy than your other rides! You could always get a lotus exige and feel good about 4 cylinders of Toyota economy. ;)

Yeah that's the one Lou lol, kind of old school but love it. The accelerator pedal is really heavy kind of makes me drive like a grandpa. Would be really nice with a 64mm turbo and a total sleeper.... . Lol

That's where it starts, so I know what's coming. Sounds like "just going to reseal the engine.... but gonna pull it out and put it on the stand, just to see what it looks like." that puts you face first down the never ending rabbit hole.
